华中奥数比赛SMOPS成绩揭晓了

是啊～去年一个妈妈就是为此纠结，NUSH和RI的第二轮考试时间冲突，必须放弃一间。
结果出于全面发展的考虑，她放弃了NUSH。

它们把考试安排在同一天，就是让大伙纠结滴～;P

还是看孩子的兴趣和长远发展来选择吧～
何况以孩子的实力，PSLE一定也有不错的表现，选择的机会满多的～

我只选了NUSH
因为这个直通车出来
以后去美国就轻车熟路了~~

别的没选，是因为孩子和自己都太忙
一家家的赶，很累
而且，有的DSA又重叠
没法安排~~~

论坛一大堆优秀的，以及全面发展的小孩子的家长，请原谅我昨天大受打击以后的行径啊。

“3间都报上”似有不妥。DSA既是技术活儿也是体力活儿，去年我和儿子为了DSA跑了莱弗士4次，华中5次。幸好只报了两所学校，不然自己累不说还会影响孩子的学习。而且去年RI, NUSH，HCI, NJC四所学校考试（Academic, 非GEP)是在同一天，时间不是前后脚就是重叠，迟到半小时以上或不参加都会被除名，家长们欲哭无泪。。。
我的建议：最多报两间。建议组合：HCI+RI，NUSH+HCI，DH+NUSH， HCI+NJC。

---那么版亲，请教你，RI和HCI考试既然在同一天，你孩子报的又是这两家，后来孩子考试需要放弃其中一家吗？

没影响。因为RI我报的是音乐， HCI报的是Academic，音乐和Academic第二轮考试不在同一天。在这之前我通过“调查研究”预感到两间学校考试时间可能重叠，为了增加获胜机会才采用了这一策略，结果一赢一输。

RI和HCI第二轮考试虽是在同一天，但HCI考试下午两点结束，RI两点开始，迟到半小时以内和可以入场。很多本地家长做足了准备，成立小组互帮互助，有些负责疏导交通，有些跟踪研究路况，有些研究最短路线，有些负责带着孩子从HCI考场飞奔到大路上，另一些在大路边驻车等待随时准备飞赴RI。也有一些家长干脆放弃了HCI或RI其中一间。结果HCI突然“大发慈悲”，提前半个小时结束了考试，让很多家长能够“鱼与熊掌兼得”，也让一些过早放弃HCI的人“顿足捶胸”。

真正受影响的是同时报RI+NUSH或HCI+NUSH的家长孩子们。没办法，只能放弃其中一间。

看明白了，终于也理解你提供的组合了。

我同意最多报两、三间，不然孩子和家长会很累。但我觉得不应有设定组合，而是要根据你孩子的兴趣或强项，看那间学校比较适合你孩子。如果他偏向文科，千万别选NUSH, 如果抗拒华文（像我的孩子），选特选中学不是很合适。DSA尽量选第一选择的学校。有些学生DSA进了第二、三选择的学校，当PSLE成绩出来后知道其实分数足够进第一选择的学校时，就会很纠结。虽然可上诉，但学校不一定会收，就是要战战兢兢等上诉结果了。
