首先要把这个定位为刑事法的话，需要有欺诈，伪造，篡改的证据。
也就是你说的假批文。
其次，何谓201重案？
再者，何谓派出所拘留3天？
你说的这些在新加坡都不存在。
如果你有在警署正式报案，你会有一份NP299 报案表格。
上面会注明负责查案的警员是谁。
你可以打电话询问，案子如何定性 （CLASSIFIED UNDER WHICH SECTION WHAT CHAPTER)
跟你说下，即使构成刑事案件，人抓到了，判刑了，你的钱也是拿不回来的。
政府只负责把坏人绳之于法，不负责把你的钱拿回来。

I'm not a lawyer, I have some solicitor friends and always join them....for discussions (some knowledge from them) and i'm a local.

A criminal case
Police will be follow up and represent (action) for the plaintiff,  after investigate, if they found defendant guilty, they will apply for a "court order" to charged the defendant thr court.
(Remarks: Is not the plaintiff engaged a lawyer to suit the defendent.)

For your case, suggest you direct check with the IO/ASP, find out from them what is the outcome. (Note: Do not use lawyer, waste yr $$, not worth, understand?)

If you think, you ready need a lawyer, i can introduce to you, but , their fees are not just few hundred, think carefully before you action, alright?

Totally, how many persons been cheated?

pls understand the diff between seizable and non-seizable offence. police will not act on behalf of anyone. if seizable, no need court order, if non-seizable, complainent need to apply a magistrate order to initiate investigation by police.
pls do not spoil the image of fellow s;porean by giving wrong advice. ppl come here to seek help, do not try to ....... u noe i noe.......

Well, may i asked, do you fully understand LZ's case and her main problem facing?

We both are s'porean, what kind of "offences" u know? can you tell me and this suppose to be what case?

I'm very sure, u do not have any basic knowledge of this, if LZ good luck, she might get back part of the $$ which had been cheated, do you believe it?? "不负责" three words only you mentioned here.

You and me who is giving wrong advice, I'm not keen to urgue, but make sure undersand the whole picture only point out people's mistake, alright?

本人读了所以回复，我同意495132，林子打了什么鸟都有。如果真的要人帮忙，多问495132。但还是要小心以免再受骗（不是针对任何人）

我所知道的，你的律师也不算太错。刑事罪是警方做控方，费用不大。当然他的刑事罪是在伪造政府文件。民事起诉单单律师费就不只6000千。除非你联合所有人对他进行民事起诉。如果要用刑事起诉，警方要介入调查，破案在于警方。当然坦白说，事情那么久了，就算起诉他也不一定拿的回钱，而且证据也很难找全了。（政府只负责把坏人绳之于法，不负责把你的钱拿回来。495132这话没错）

你个人可以去小额赔偿庭（不用律师，但我知道顶限是5000，不知改了没），以个人名义申请追讨，法庭会发出传票，如果对方不来，那法庭可以发出逮捕令通缉他（他一过海关就会被抓）但你的证据要充足。

是的,我知道,警察不会帮我要回我被骗去的钱的,我现在是想问,我花的律师费,是不是打水漂了,因为我找律师是帮我要回钱的,可是按照他自己形容的他自己该挺身出来帮我的时候,他都没有出现,我觉得这名律师是不是应该收了$800什么都不做呢,开个档案写个邮件和我讲几分钟话而已吗?这$800是不是赚得太容易了些?我要撤掉,不用他了,因为我看这样情形什么时候他会出来帮我,什么时候能用到他,我都不知道,我不要他帮我做了,他也没做什么,我不能被真的骗子骗,再被伪的骗子骗,你明白我的意思吗?
