I think you are a Singaporean because the idea you express is similar with quite a few of local netizens who like to blame PRC. We should critizise these barbaric behaviors. Unfortunately, it seem that everything about China in you mind is negative. Shoundn't you understand and learn more Chinese cultural spirits instead of only picking up obsceneness? Hope you are deliberate for views about PRCs.

This is what PRCs are lacking!

When I visit PRC recently, I never cricitze PRC or its people even when I find the behaviour of locals to be somewhat "uncultured". I understand it is not my place and country. I behave myself when I am in PRC or in any other country where I am a guest!

Or is it a concept of bygone years? Before their cultural revolution wipe out all their culture?
Who teach them to behave like a barbarian in a foreign country when they are only a guest?
