This is the problem with franchise restaurants. Varying standards despite the same brand, same corporate image. With the tremendous reliance on a management that does not have the resources to deploy their permanent staffs into their distribution channels, there is little doubt that the franchisees will easily start to produce standards of their own contradicting what the headquarters imparted. |
