不是税的10%, 是价格的10%

NONO, 我觉得我的理解是对的, additional stamp duty, 应该是相对于原有的印花税而非房价。。。

"Government imposed additional buyer's stamp duty for private property from Dec 8

From December 8 onwards, government will impose an additional buyer's stamp duty for private property of between 3 per cent and 10 per cent for Singaporeans, permanent residents and foreigners from December 8.

Foreigners will pay 10 per cent aditional buyer's stamp duty for any residential property.

Permanent residents owning one property and buying subsequent properties will pay 3 per cent additional stamp duty.

Singaporeans owning two and buying third and subsequent residential properties will pay an additional 3 per cent."
