关于购房条件， 麻烦达人帮忙解惑。。

我是SC,如果跟父母联名买房子（第一套），按照我自己的理解应该是属于以下这个条件：
Eligibility To Buy : Non-Citizen Family Scheme

但是关于拥有私产房的条件，如下到底什么意思？
You can own private property (unless you are applying for a CPF Housing Grant and/or an HDB loan).

However, you, your co-applicants and any occupiers listed in the resale application must dispose of any interest in any private residential property within 6 months from the completion of the purchase of the resale flat.

在中国的房子是我的名字，是否允许拥有海外私产房的新公民购买HDB?
这里的dispose interest,是指在完成购买二手HDB的这个过程后的6个月之内，不可以购买任何私产房吗？还是其他什么意思？

这是我最想搞清楚的问题，如果这个都弄错了，其他的就没得讨论了。

是指你买了这个房子之后，要把名下的其他房产处理掉（处理的方式可以是卖掉，转增，等等）。
因为买HDB的条件是不能拥有其他房产，包括海外的，如果有，就要在6个月内处理掉。
这里边的you, your co-applicants and any occupiers 包涵所有与买房申请有关的人，你的情况就是你父母也不能名下有别的房产，有的话也是要处理掉。
