什么是 hdb premium apartment？

刚刚在HDB网站上看房子， FLAT MODEL: premium apartment 是什么样的？ 有什么不同？
请高手指点！

户型设计跟公寓一样的叫做premium

不是公寓式组屋，而是户型设计和公寓一样的组屋，比如厕所不是在厨房里，而是在走廊上对着common room的

俺们要买的这个也是premium apartment, 但是厕所仍然在厨房里。

其他设计比我住的组屋合理一些，装修装修能有公寓的感觉。

还有走线都是在墙里面的，不象hdb都露在外面。

premium是那些厕所洗手盘都弄好的
standard flat是没有的，得自己弄

我听说过有些中介会蒙人说premium修厨房。其实是没有的。

我以前买过premium，我朋友买standard所以我知道。

opt in让hdb做地板和门的话，premium收得比standard稍微高一点点
