BCA-绿色建筑. Personally, as a real estate agent, i see alot of new residential and commerical property launches in singapore, malaysia and china having energy saving and eco-friendly facility as a feature..
Given the level of high polution and ever increasing cost of energy. I firmly believe that 绿色建筑 will be in demand for the next 20-30 yrs.
In the future, I believe that there would extra taxes for non energy saving design and/or extra incentives for building to go energy recycling.
The governments around the world will do that to reduce their reliance on oil producing countries.
If possible, focus and specialise on the energy recycling portion.
