Working Location : Liaobu, Dongguan, China
任职要求:
1. 本科或以上历,3年以上培训工作验; 2. 良好的中英文表能力和通能力; 3. 具一定的专培训技能; 4. 熟悉MS-Office操作; 5. 良好的组、协调能力; 6. 以人为导向,主、富队精神; 7. 良好的分析能力,能承受较大的工作压力; 8. 成熟、独立、自信、正直、具有开放思维。
The basic monthly salary is within the range of RMB 23,000 -28,000 (before tax) depends on experience and qualification of the candidates.

In charge of training system and training database management and enhancement
Responsible for development and delivery of training programs on as needed
basis
Main Requirements:
Degree holder and most preferred in the disciplines of HR, business management
and psychology
With minimum five years and above relevant experience in MNC or sizeable
corporations
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong presentation, coordination and communication skills
Computer literate
People oriented, a self starter and a team player
Mature and independent, with can-do and open mindset
