问题比较多，先回答一部分, 以后再续。

教育部的网站上有这样一段话:

  As I am not a student in MOE School, do I need to take any test when I register for the DSA-Sec Exercise?
                                 
  IS without Dependant's Pass (DP), Immigration Exemption Order (IEO) and whose parents are not Singapore Citizens (SC) or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are to take part and pass the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) if they wish to seek school admission to mainstream public schools. Such IS who wish to participate in the DSA Exercise can apply to the respective DSA schools first before taking the AEIS. Please refer to the AEIS website (http://www.moe.edu.sg/education/admissions/international-students/admissions-exercise) for details on the 2011 AEIS and registration dates.
  
  

NUSH是这样规定的：

Eligibility for Year 1 Admissions
            
            

            

For admission to Year 1 at NUS High School, local applicants must currently be in Primary Six. Overseas applicants must either be currently in or have completed Primary Six education in Singapore (or its equivalent). In addition, applicants should not be older than 15 years of age as of 1 Jan 2013.

            
                        

Local students currently studying in MOE schools (i.e. mainstream school), will need the following information for registration:

            (b)     Student pass number [for foreign students]
            

Overseas applicants, International Students, Returning SC and Returning SPR currently not studying in MOE schools (i.e. non-mainstream), will need the following information for registration:

            
            

        (a)    NRIC number [for Returning SC and Returning SPR]

            

        (b)    Passport Number [for overseas and international students]

            
            

Overseas applicants, International students, returning SC and returning SPR are also required to obtain a Registration Number (REG) from MOE Customer Service Centre (CSC) before applicants attend the NUS High School of Math & Science DSA selection Camp, if shortlisted for the Camp. Please e-mail the REG number to [email protected].                     

                        
            

Besides going through the NUS High School’s admissions process, International Students must also pass the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS). Please visit the AEIS webpagefor more details.

耶！终于有人回复了:victory: 谢谢，谢谢！我发帖的当天，已经有位和我经历相似的热心妈妈PM我了，给了很多信息，感谢！

教育部的人忽悠我，说国际学生可以考DSA，昨天打电话去RI问，人说不行，需要参加他们学校7月份的国际学生考试。
