紧急! NUS PART TIME Mechanic engineering

NUS Bachelor of Technology Programme (Part Time) 的申请快到截止日期了。。。不过小弟有几点还是不明：

1. 以上写着
"A submitted supporting document that is not in English must be accompanied by a translation of the same in English."
那我的 SPM result slip 要翻译吗？ 因为是 in malay 的。

2. 申请这个part time 需要面试或考试吗？

3. 请问 这个 part time 的 course fee 有多少？ 如果要申请tuition grand, 该怎么申请？

4. 如果我幸运得到这个学位，但因为工作关系而不能去读。。。。那这个学位可不可以延迟到下一个Intake？

请各位大哥大姐帮帮我回答以上问题。。。感激不尽：）
