      不知道发在这合适吗？
      国内侄女今年高考，成绩出来了，是459分。这个成绩只能上3本。我哥哥想让她来新加坡读大学，侄女也有这个想法。
      只是不知道这样的成绩能申请到新加坡的3所公立大学吗？还有申请的程序是怎样的，望达人
告诉一下，谢谢！

应该是没什么可能吧？三所公立大学怎么也不比国内的一本差吧？

以下是新加坡国立大学的入学标准：

PRC National College Entrance Examination or Gao Kao

Minimum
Requirement

Applicants who receive actual results by application closing date

Applicants who receive actual results after application closing date

Option 1*

A good pass certificate and one of the following:
(i) IELTS score
(ii) TOEFL score

A good pass certificate by June 2012 and one of the following:
(i) IELTS score
(ii) TOEFL score

Option 2*

SAT Reasoning & Subject Tests (or ACT)
Students must provide high school graduation record

UEE

Not required

Course Eligibility

Eligible for all courses

**Not eligible for Dentistry/Law/ Medicine/Nursing

Application closing date

29 February 2012

Notes

* For minimum eligibility to apply, applicants must  fulfill the requirements as stipulated in
                        either option 1 or option 2.

Applicants who receive actual result after the application closing date but  have chosen Architecture and Industrial Design will be considered.
(Subject to the availability of eligible applicants, Architecture/Industrial  Design may mount an additional aptitude test in June 2012 to determine course  eligibility)

高考成绩通常需要达到一本线，最好再多几十分，这样的话希望才比较大。
雅思6.5分以上比较好（虽然有些专业只要求6.0分）
面试也是一个关键。
