pingan04  phase 1是年长的孩子仍然在该小学读书孩子的弟弟，或妹妹。yibei 家的老大已经上初中了，老二应该是phase 2A阶段报名。

那phase 2A报名，为啥他还要担心呢？所以我就没看明白。要换学校？

现在的招生规则是能进，但是还有二年才报名，要是2C前的阶段在修改下不就杯具了。
话说现在的PAP,这二年里怎么可能不再改。
