PR RENEW

请问PR RENEW（自己申请的独立PR)只需要以下的DOCUMENTS? 需不需要公司出信？有RENEW过的朋友请介绍一下程序，谢谢。

1. A copy of Form 6 is to be completed for each passport that requires a REP.
2. A valid travel document.
3. The latest REP, if any.
4. Singapore blue identity card / Identity card for National Service personnel.

网上renew而已，什么都不需要。
