在新加坡上班的场所有空调吗？热心的朋友

要看是生产什么的, 不是每一间都有空调.
要空调的,去净化室里的工厂上班.

其实要看你们之间的协议.
比方说有的经纪会提议说如果少与$200的维修的应该是你,多过就得找房东之类的.

本来对新加坡印象不错，觉得新加坡人都很守规矩，但房子的事让我烦透了。
楼上漏水到我家，成天的往下滴，天花湿了一大片。
屋主不管，让我找物业，合同上我只是租房子，不管维修的事。
物业不管修，说他们只管公共区域，对楼上的，他们只是发个通知让他们修，但楼上的一直不理踩，连看都没来看一眼。
我真的就没办法了吗？一定要等着水淹到天花板上的电线，发生短路或出现什么后果吗？

我一再找到物业，物业说如果楼上的不修他们也没办法，说新加坡很多这种情况，是这样吗？

在国内，谁家的房子要是被楼上的漏水淹了，房主一定会很紧张，一定会去主动想办法，毕竟是几百万的家庭财产，而到了新加坡房主好象都无所谓似的。
在国内，谁要是漏水漏到楼下，也会很紧张，因为这个是一定要赔的，房子在，跑也跑不掉的。越早修损失越小，赔的越少，可在这里，怎么全不是那么回事。真就没人管吗？

Complain to HDB or you may talk to your upstairs owner to look into it. If you complain to HDB then your landlord and upstairs owner will have to share the repair fee.

我租的是公寓，不是组屋，按你的经验，找HDB也能管吗？

Sorry never notice was a private property. You may check with your facility management, you told them this leaking was cause by the upstairs owner water proofing issue.

Your upstairs owner need to hack off all his tiles to apply a layer of water proof. If they don't hack then the leak got no way to stop. Every renovation, water proof for the toilet is very important if not you will cause other people into trouble and yourself.
