►Please note that applicants from Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigerla, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria and Yemen who do not have long term passes and are therefore not currently residents of Singapore cannot apply for any types of visa at this Embassy.
What you need to bring
1. Completed and signed Visa Application forms and photos (recent photograph size 3.5x4.5 cm). Please check how many forms and photos are required, which is subject to your nationality. (see checklist A below)
2. Supporting documents depending on the type of visa applied (see: Visa requirements)
3. Passport which must be valid for at least six months
4. Photocopy of the applicant's long-term pass (e.g. Permanent Residence in Singapoore Singapore Blue IC, (Re-Entry Permit Form 7), Employment Pass, Personalised Employment pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Entrepass, Training Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass, Professional Visit Pass). The Passes must also be valid for at least six months.
5. Visa fees must be paid in cash and in Singapore Dollars only. Please prepare exact amount of visa fee. Visa fee is non-refundable. (see: Visa Application Fees)
If the above procedures are not completed, the official will not proceed your application.
Checklist A: Required Forms and Photos
- 2 application forms and 2 photos: Nigeria
- 3 application forms and 3 photos: Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
- 4 application forms and 4 photos: China, North Korea.
Before entering the main building, an applicant is requested to:
1. Check how many Visa Forms and Photos required, which is subject to your nationality.
2. Obtain a Visa checklist according to your purpose of visit and mark checklist items accordingly (see: Visa requirements)
**The Embassy reserves the right to reject any visa applications with insufficient documents or if the reasons given are not fully supported. The visa fee is non-refundable**
