要想俩人一起申请，你就要找工作。

根本没希望申请到，女方没有工作，而且一个人的薪水太低，这个东西很实际的，别说你是博士，你就算是后了，薪水低，养好几个人政府会给自己社会添加这样的麻烦吗？建议女方找工作之后再申请吧。当然了申请被拒最多了再接着试呗。

跟我家情况相似，ACCA L2考完不是有个学位吗，用那个本科学位找个工作，然后申请PR.剩下的科目慢慢考...
BTW，博士毕业才3500，要价太低.....

How much salary do you think is fit for local phd?

As a NUS PhD graduate in 2011, my basic salary incoporates 5800 S$/ Month. Similarly, My girlfriend, PhD as well, 5000$/ montn, ASTAR, 3-4 months' bonus. My senior colleague, 8K/month. That is the situation arround me. Hope it to be useful to you. You should ask for the increment towards your salary. If you don't negotiate it with your boss, they never increase it. I am endeavored to deliver some valuable information to you.

AStar从上到下都是contract的，包括director也是。
但是AStar的职位都是比较permenant的，不用太担心丢工作或者到期renew的事情。
