第一次申请被拒，然后找议员写了上诉信，之后收到ICA的信，要求交文件，其中有一个是我的medical memo on my current health condition, 我是sponsor. 我去clinic，那个staff 和我讲有一个form，but then I check, the form is actually for my mother not for me. Called ICA hotline,the staff can not answer,  anybody can help and eperience the same situation,thank you so much.

这个要看信上到底是怎么说的。按道理应该是老人的（特别是信上如果说是applicant，而你是sponsor的话）

这个memo是不是你自己写写就行了？批准了以后才需要体检的

看不明白就直接去问，8点就开门了。
