这是HR那边说的,不太明白,这里请教了
The next step is to issue you the notification letter. In order to do that, you will have to be in Singapore office physically. After issuance of the notification letter, you will have to wait a couple of days before you
can collect your pass. Prior to that, you may have to go for fingerprinting and prepare some documents as stated in the attached letter.
这里说要办这些:
1。要登陆新加坡。这个我是不是凭IPA letter (这个是邮件转过来的,没有签字盖章的), 护照就可以出境中国,再入境新加坡?不用再办旅游签证了吧
IPA letter上这样说: This in-principle approval allows the EP holder to start work with the employer, provided he/she has a valid short term visit pass. .... ......This letter contains a pre-approved single journey entry visa for entry into singapore. To use it, the pass holder should produce a copy of this letter to the duty officer at the immigration checkpoint. If it is used, a fee will be charged upon extension of the short term visit pass prior to collection of the pass. 综合上面的描述,我就搞不明白,因为它总提到short term visit pass.
2。要发给我notification letter。 这个是谁给我,去哪里领?还是说在EPOL上面直接打印?那就是HR可以替我办,而且人不用去新加坡,就可以提前帮我办好?
3。 预约去EPSC(service center) 这个应该也是HR帮我预约的吧
3. 要fingerprinting. prepare SOME documents. 这些就是按照预约时间去EPSC办的事情吧? 另外SOME documents, 就是ICA letter里列的,只有ICA letter, 护照,declaration form(个人、公司一起签的)。看网上有些人说体检的,还有些人说带其他证书,翻译公证的,可是我这ICA里就这么简单呢?
4. 要等几天,再去collect pass 。 这个从去EPSC那天开始计算,要几天哪?因为老婆要请假去新加坡,不好请,所以问的细致些。多谢了!
5。 ICA里还有这么一句:the Dependant's pass and long term visit pass cannot be issued before the employments/S pass holder's pass has been issued. 我的EP和老婆的OP一起办,应该可以吧?因为老婆要请假去新加坡,不好请,所以问的细致些。多谢了!
