求助，这边请律师的话大概需要多少钱？

我Spass 5年合约差一年没满，现在想辞职换工作，但是老板不割准证，走不了，辞职信也交了，想请律师帮忙辞职，愿意付违约金，想请内行人指点

mom咨询过，自己没权利取消准证，只可以公司去取消

看你合同怎么写的咯。一般合同都有说明违约金的问题

雇主没权阻止员工辞职，但是可以不割准证。。。这是很明显的法律漏洞:L

今天咨询律师了，我的合同是无效的，新加坡的合同要么英文，要么中英文，光中文的合同无效，所以不必遵守

A:         Under the law, an employer must cancel a work pass if the foreign employee is no longer working with him. Sort this out with your ex-employer and see if you can settle any dispute amicably. If this fails, write to MOM with proof (eg resignation letter) that you are no longer working for the ex-employer. If you have a case, MOM will ask your ex- employer to cancel your work pass.
