forward rate shows weak usd vs major eu currency, chf, eur, gpb. sgd constantly follows usd. weak sgd can dampen Singapore property price, since oversea investment means a great deal. most likely that's the reason lijiacheng invested uk heavily for the past two years. moreover usd interest rate forecast up going for two years maybe more. once sibor goes up. mostly likely will further pressure or crash Singapore property price.
