工资过了5000，结果EP批下来是Q1，郁闷啊？被歧视呢？

楼主抱怨下也很正常，怎么好多人觉得楼主太过敏呢？换谁都会想抱怨下的。
楼主的学历薪水行业都应该可以拿P2了，或者可能年龄大了点点或是公司小了点点亦或是职位不太好看

My of my fri, who is also a senior software, recently got his EP rejected.....MOM even didnt give him Q1.....
He is 29 yrs old and his salary is around 4500.

IMO 30yrs old wiz 5000 salary only stands less than 50% chance of getting P2....
and 30yrs old wiz 4500 salary may even fail to get Q1....

just my thought n don't take offense..
