【WP换工作】我的WP员工要换工作，怎么写信？

我是老板，我的员工现在拿的是WP，她找了一份新工作。
我要给新雇主一封信这样就不用取消她的WP，有人知道信该怎么写吗？

就是直接transfer WP。不需要cancel的。我的员工跟我这么说。

不过我不知道怎么写。。。

没有听说可以这样的。。。都是需要cancel重新申请，你的员工估计是怕重新申请申请不到，ta两面落空。。。

wp还能transfer 的啊？第一次听说，都是取消，新公司重新申请。

貌似需要两个公司有关系，比如母公司与子公司。 公司更名。。。。。

其他的是公司变动，人不动。

好像还真可以，刚查了下MOM的网站。最后一条Change of employer

The following conditions must be fulfilled if there is a change of employer for Foreign Workers in the construction sector from Non-Traditional Sources or People’s Republic of China:

With transfer of Prior Approval

• The Foreign Worker’s Work Permit must be valid for more than 21 days at the point of application.
• The validity of the new Work Permit will be based on the duration of the Prior Approval (subjected to the passport and security bond validity).
• The new employer has a valid Prior Approval to support the new application.
• The current employer must consent to transfer the Foreign Worker to the new employer.
