PR被拒，求助是否应该Appeal还是重新申请

收到拒信6个月内上诉，如果条件没大的变化，不用上诉了，你们悲剧原因是呆的时间。等半年后申请应该没问题了。

谢谢你的回复，网上查到的结果，拒信还没有收到。

我看到网上有朋友对于appeal的理解如下，我表示认同。
“Appealing is a pointless endeavor unless something was wrong with your original application. There are no appeals just because you believe ICA made the wrong decision.

That said, if you believe something was wrong with your application to warrant an appeal it is worth going down there in person. "

或者有Significant的积极变化,但是什么程度的变化才被认为是Significant的
