马来西亚有落地签证了，请问有了解的吗？谢谢！

刚刚看到一则消息，如下。

中新社吉隆坡1月13日电 马来西亚内政部副部长旺朱乃迪13日说，只有从新加坡或泰国通过机场入境该国的中国和印度游客，才能获得落地签证。
他指出，通过边界或陆路入境该国的中国和印度游客，则不获落地签证。
他表示，大马内阁已通过这项附带条件的措施，并于本月生效，配合从本月1日开始推动的2014大马旅游年。
他今日在巡视马泰边界和出席内政部各机构汇报会后，对媒体做出上述表述。
旺朱乃迪指，吉隆坡国际机场、雪邦廉价航空终站、槟城峇六拜机场、柔佛士乃机场、砂拉越古晋和沙巴亚庇机场的移民局已获准发放落地签证。

请问是否意味着从新加坡可以直接飞吉隆坡，不用提前办签证了？
我自己是DP，我妈三月办旅游签证来新加坡，想带妈妈在周边玩玩。
请了解的朋友指点一下，谢谢！

谢谢回复，原来还是需要旅行社代签啊。

按我的理解是我妈可以先来新加坡，然后在这里办入马来西亚的签证对吗？谢谢

楼主相信自己的检索信息的能力吧。网友贴出的链接那是2012年的。楼主你检索到的是最近大马的2014年政策。
个人觉得，你从新加坡飞到吉隆坡的机场入境，只要有回程机票，就基本没问题。
陆路从新山进去的话，我以前看的新闻可以，但你检索到的不可以，保险起见，采取你的。就不要从新山陆路入境了。

那个没有包括你问的问题。是以前老的，本地居住的才能申请到visa，旅客不行。
不过按你一楼的，应该可以

Effective 1 January 2014, AirAsia and AirAsia X would like to inform our guests that the Malaysian Immigration Department will not be issuing Visa on Arrival (VOA), except for the following nationals provided that they meet the following criteria below:

Countries eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA):

• People’s Republic of China
• India
  

Eligibility

• Nationals of eligible countries holding a valid visa for Thailand or Singapore
• Arrival must be through these entry points: Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching
• Priorities will be given to families, groups, business travellers, and labourers
• Possess a confirmed return flight and funds of at least USD100

Onward  ticket must be within 120 hours.

Must  hold confirmed onward ticket to a 3rd/next country.

Passport MUST have a minimum validity of  6 months.

A PRINTED copy of itinerary and  original tickets MUST be produced. Producing a PNR/booking number only, will  be denied access.

真心贵，有钱人爽啊
以前到泰国去过一次，落地签，跟抢钱一样：不找零。一个人是300株吧，给钱就直接收口袋里了：而且，没钱找。如果你给1000株的大钞，，，
不过比这个便宜多了，呵呵
