婚姻无效如何填写婚姻状况

在新加坡rom注册，好像新加坡规定三年之内不可以离婚，在注册一年多后在新加坡法院申请婚姻无效，申请公民的话婚姻状况应该填写单身还是离婚？

怎么看都应该是离婚吧。。。即使是申请过无效，但是注册了也是事实。。。

好像听说是无性行为，男方家暴才可以申请婚姻无效…以前在这个网站上看到的。

婚姻无效的英文是 Annulment, 它的法律效应是把你的婚姻状况‘打回’到这段无效婚姻开始之前。所以，如果你这段婚姻之前从来都没有结果婚的话，那你现在的婚姻状况是 Single -单身。

"An annulment is a legal procedure that invalidates a marriage, and parties whose marriages have been annulled are conferred the status of never having been married to each other from the time when the judgment of nullity is granted.
