求助斑竹：宝宝PR - 出生纸公证/翻译/材料提交

我们打算给宝宝申请PR， 有几个问题想咨询一下大家，希望版主Good99，豆包妈妈，和有经验朋友达人给我一些建议。谢谢你们了：）
1.宝宝的出生纸（国内出生的医院所颁发的）是否直接在新加坡翻译成英文版就可以，而不需要额外去律师楼公证？

2.初等和高等法院的翻译部还营业吗，听说好像不翻译证件了，是真的吗？如果其他新加坡政府承认的翻译公司，能否推荐几家好口碑的？
3.下列是PR申请须知上提到的材料（已删除无需提交的），大家朋友们是否被ICA要求提交其他特殊材料，可以分享一下，我想提早准备？

(a) Valid travel  document of applicant. Photocopies of

pages showing personal particulars,  official

descriptions and Singapore  immigration

endorsements are required.

(b) Work Pass of applicant,  if any.

(c) Identity cards of both applicant (if  any) and

sponsor.

(d) Applicant’s Birth Certificate,  official household

census list or family register (where  applicable).

(e) Official Marriage Certificate of  sponsor

(f) Educational certificates (including  all tertiary

qualifications if applicable) of both  applicant and

sponsor.

(g) Official Birth Certificates of  children showing both

parents’ names and child’s name and  adoption

paper, if applicable.

(h) Death certificate or  divorce certificate and the

custody papers for the  children in respect of

applicant’s/spouse’s  previous marriages (if any).

(i) Employer’s letter from sponsor and  applicant (if

applicable) stating the date of  employment,

position held, salary per month for the  last 6

months with breakdown into basic,  overtime and

allowance per month (see item 7 below).  The

letter, addressed to the Controller of  Immigration,

should be dated within 1 month from the  date of

submission.

(j) Income Tax Notices of Assessment* of  sponsor

and applicant (if applicable) for the  last 3 years.

(k) Statement* from the CPF Board showing  the

sponsor’s monthly “CPF contribution  history” for

the last 12 months.

(l) Sponsor’s valid  Business Registration Certificate

(for self employment) with  names of partners

shown and Valid Vocational  licence, if applicable.

(m) Deed Poll or Change of  Name Certificate of

applicant and sponsor.

法院翻译服务现在还有，即使停止了，也有替代手段吧
其实觉得自己翻译一下都可以，出生证上面基本都是中英文的，只有名字是手写的，只有中文。其实自己翻译可能也可以。
如果在国内，可以公证处作，也不贵。
小孩的没有什么东西。大部分你自己申请PR的时候都有了，现在只是小孩的出生证、护照即可。

我看，直接在出生地的公证处办理全套公证最原始而最有力:victory:

谢谢Good99和朋友们的建议，因为听朋友说法院的翻译部门已经不接受普通个人业务，除非翻译的文件和法院处理事情有关。所以就看看其他的翻译公司或者律师楼也是可以翻译的。

感谢Good99的回帖！翻译的问题已经很好的解决了。
1.另就是宝宝的出生证明上面没有照片，所以翻译件肯定也没有照片，这个不影响申请吧？
2.还有宝宝护照肯定是得和本人一起出国用，因为宝宝打算8月到新加坡，我已经预约6月就递交资料，没有护照原件，这个应该没有影响吧？

照片应该不是问题吧。反正标准的都是没有。新加坡的估计也没有
护照，这个，感觉可以提交复印件。但如果非要原件，那就没办法了

你好，我也准备给国内出生的宝宝申请PR，国内出生证上面只有父母名字和国内的身份证号码，请问你有公证父母的护照和身份证号码是同一个人吗？这是必须的吗？谢谢！
