谨守言语

人心忧虑，屈而不伸；一句良言，使心欢乐（箴言12:25）

平安弟兄姊妹们！我们要成为一个懂得安慰和鼓励的“专家”，因为当今世界已经有太多的反对者、评判家、嘲笑者、讽刺者和批评者。一句“良言”很难找到，那么为何不在你的口里给“良言”安个家呢？

箴言13:3警告我们：谨守口的，得保生命；大张嘴的，必致败亡。

Guard your word

Pro. 12:25 Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad.

We should become experts at giving encouragement. The world has more than enough of naysayers, critics, scoffers, ridiculers and detractors. A "good word" is hard to find; why not give it (good word) a home in your mouth?

Pro. 13:3 warned us - "He who guards his mouth preserves his life, but he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction."

基督徒迫切需要行善

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，世界万有是为了荣耀上帝而被创造，基督来到世界从罪恶里赎回我们，带领我们归回侍奉和荣耀祂。真基督徒被安置在世界就是这个目的，他们要透过行善来发出他们的光，以赢得人们归向上帝。就像阳光要照耀世界一样，上帝儿女们的善行，也要作为那些知道上帝却不爱祂之人的光。我们所需要做的，是形成善行的正确观念，作为承受属天和神性的印记，从而有力量地促使那些不爱上帝的人们不得不承认，上帝的确在真基督徒里面。

关于善行的力量，基督这样写道：“生命在祂里头，这生命就是人的光”（约翰福音1:4）；基督又对祂的门徒说：“【我是世界的光，跟从我的，就不在黑暗里走，必要得着生命的光”（约翰福音8:12）】。基督是我们的生命和我们的光，当祂对我们说“让你们的光照耀”，这里的深层含义是：让基督住在你里面，并透过你发出光来。只有在基督生命的大能中，你才能行出你的善行，向所有见到你的人发出光亮来。因为，基督在你里面，祂是你的光，而你的作为是卑微且无力，只有基督神性的大能才能使他们信服。基督神性的大能怎样运作在你里面，使你行出善行，也同样运作在那些看到你的善行的人们里面。上帝的儿女们，放弃自我，让基督的生命和光住在你们里面，使人们因为看到你们的善行，都来赞美你们在天上的父。

基督徒迫切需要行善。就像每天需要阳光一样，基督徒更是需要行善，好让他们的光照在人前。我们正是为此而在基督里被重新建造、被赋予生命的话语，成为世上的光。我的弟兄姊妹们，基督迫切地需要你行出善行，使祂的光透过你而照耀；你周围那些麻木的人们需要你善行的光，好带领他们找到回归上帝的路；上帝需要你行出善行，好叫人们能够透过你看到祂的荣耀。就如点燃一盏灯照亮整个房间一样，每个基督徒都应该放弃自己而成为这个黑暗世界的光。让我们探究什么才是为上帝做工、什么善行才是侍奉上帝，而且我们是热切渴望要完完全全跟从基督并被祂认可，因此有生命的光照亮我们的心和生命，乃至从我们照亮我们周围的人。

1）你们是世上的光！这里所表达的，是对合而为一个整体的教会（真基督徒）的呼召。教会的使命能否完成，取决于每一位教会成员的忠诚，就是爱他们身边的人，并愿意舍己为身边的人而活。

2）以我们的全部努力，来唤醒教会（基督的身体）向世界传扬福音，而我们的首要目标必定是甘愿奉献自己，因为耶稣基督教导每一位信徒：蜡烛存在的惟一目的，就是燃尽自己而照亮黑暗；你的存在也如蜡烛一样，要作为人们的光亮。

3）靠着圣灵向上帝祷告，求祂显明给你：你活着不是为任何事情，只为了让上帝生命的光和爱照耀所有的灵魂。

上帝寻找的不是只会讲基督话语的人，【上帝要的是那些活出基督话语的人】。

当一个人死了，他的灵魂踏入另一个世界，除了一样东西之外，他绝对什么都带不走。而这个灵魂所能带走的，就是【他生前所行的一切】。对此，启示录14:13、19:8和20:12讲得非常清楚。

启示录14:13：我听见从天上有声音说：“你要写下，从今以后，在主里面而死的人有福了。”圣灵说：“是的，他们息了自己的劳苦，作工的果效也随着他们。”  

启示录19:8：就蒙恩得穿光明洁白的细麻衣，这细麻衣就是圣徒所行的义。  

启示录20:12：我又看见死了的人，无论大小都站在宝座前。案卷展开了，并且另有一卷展开，就是生命册。死了的人都凭着这些案卷所记载的，照他们所行的受审判。  

最后，上帝在圣经里告诉我们的最后一件事情，就是主耶稣所讲到的行善，并且行善极其重要。上帝在启示录22:12里告诉我们：“【看哪，我必快来。赏罚在我，要照各人所行的报应他。】”

在此，我们夫妻感谢上帝，我们主耶稣基督的父，赐给我们美好的一天，也赐给我们你们这些忠心于主的弟兄姊妹们。

The urgent need of good works in believers

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The whole world was made for the glory of GOD. CHRIST came to redeem us from sin and bring us back to serve and glorify HIM. True believers are placed in the world with this one object, that they may let their light shine in good works, so as to win men to GOD. As truly as the light of the sun is meant to lighten the world, the good works of GOD's children are meant to be the light of those who know and love not GOD. What need that we form a right conception of what good works are, as bearing the mark of something heavenly and divine, and having a power to compel the admission that GOD is in them.

The power of good works.--Of CHRIST it is written: In HIM was life, and the life was the light of men. The Divine life gave out a Divine light. To HIS disciples CHRIST said: ‘If any man follow ME, he shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.'(John 8:12).  CHRIST is our life and light. When it is said to us, Let your light shine, the deepest meaning is, let CHRIST, who dwells in you, shine. As in the power of HIS life you do your good works, your light shines out to all who see you. And because CHRIST in you is your light, your works, however humble and feeble they be, can carry with them a power of DIVINE conviction. The measure of the DIVINE power which works them in you will be the measure of the power working in those who see them. Give way, O child of GOD, to the LIFE and LIGHT of CHRIST dwelling in you, and men will see in your good works that for which they will glorify your FATHER which is in heaven.

The urgent need of good works in believers.--As needful as that the sun shines every day, yea, more so, is it that every believer lets his light shine before men. For this we have been created anew in CHRIST, to hold forth the WORD of LIFE, as lights in the world. CHRIST needs you urgently, my brothers and sisters, to let HIS light shine through you. Perishing men/women  around you need your light, if they are to find their way to GOD. GOD needs you, to let HIS glory be seen through you. As wholly as a lamp is given up to lighting a room, every believer ought to give himself/herself up to be the light of a dark world. Let us undertake the study of what working for GOD is, and what good works are as part of this, with the desire to follow CHRIST fully, and so to have the light of life shining into our hearts and lives, and from us on all around.

1. Ye are the light of the world!' The words express the calling of the Church (true followers) as a whole. The fulfilment of her duty will depend upon the faithfulness with which each individual member loves and lives for those around him/her.

2. In all our efforts to waken the Church (the body of CHRIST) to evangelise the world, our first aim must be to raise the standard of life for the individual believer of the teachings of JESUS CHRIST: As truly as a candle only exists with the object of giving light in the darkness, the one object of your existence is to be a light to men.

3. Pray GOD by HIS HOLY SPIRIT to reveal it to you that you have nothing to live for but to let the light and love of the life of GOD shine upon souls.

What GOD is looking for are not those who speak the words of CHRIST. What GOD wants are those who live the words of CHRIST.

When a person dies and their soul steps through that curtain to be with the LORD, they take absolutely nothing with them except for one thing. And the one and only thing that a departing soul takes with it, is its accumulation of a lifetime of works. It is spelled out so very clearly in Revelation 14:13, Revelation 19:8, and in Revelation 20:12.

Revelation 14:13, "And I heard a voice out of heaven say: Write, Happy are the dead who die in union with the Lord from this time onward, Yes, says the Spirit. Let them rest from their labors for the things they do go right with them."

Revelation 19:8, "It was granted her to be clothed with fine linen, bright and pure, for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.

Revelation 20:12, "And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And finally, in almost the very last thing that HE told us in the Bible, the LORD spoke of good works and their extreme importance. In Revelation 22:12 the LORD tells us, ""And behold, I am coming quickly, and MY reward is with ME, to give to every one according to his work.

We give thanks to GOD, the FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, for this day and for you, faithful brothers and sisters.

上帝所要的，是坚定不移的信心

我的弟兄姊妹们，你们落在百般的试炼中都要以为大喜乐。因为知道你们的信心经过试验就生忍耐，但忍耐也当成功，使你们成全完备，毫无缺欠。你们中间若有缺少智慧的，应当求那厚赐与众人，也不斥责人的 神，主就必赐给他。只要凭着信心求，一点不疑惑。因为那疑惑的人（信心不专），就像海中的波浪，被风吹动翻腾。这样的人，不要想从主那里得什么。心怀二意的人，在他一切所行的路上都没有定见。忍受试探的人是有福的，因为他经过试验以后，必得生命的冠冕，这是主应许给那些爱祂（并以坚定不移的信心行出上帝旨意）之人的（雅各1:2-8，12）

人非有信就不能得 神的喜悦（更不要期望能从上帝得到什么）。因为到 神面前来的人，必须信有 神，且信祂赏赐那寻求祂的人（希伯来11:6）

平安弟兄姊妹们！在我们的生命中，处处都需要一个对上帝有行动的信心：我们亲近上帝要靠着信心，我们蒙拯救要靠着信心，我们蒙宽恕要靠着信心，基督住在我们里面是透过我们的信心，我们得着圣灵是凭着信心，我们蒙保守是透过信心，我们能够坚定不移是靠着信心，我们能够抵挡魔鬼是靠着信心，我们能够战胜世界是靠着信心，我们能够战胜一切恶者是靠着信心，我们能够战胜苦难是靠着信心，我们能够拥有能力是透过信心。

GOD wants unwavering Faith

James 1: 2-8, 12 - Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.  Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.  If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.  But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts (partial faith) is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.  That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.  Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him (and do HIS will through unwavering faith).

Heb. 11:6 confirmed that - “And without faith it is impossible to please God (don’t expect to receive anything from GOD), because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

The place of FAITH in our lives:- We have access to GOD by faith, We have Salvation through faith, have forgiveness by faith, We have CHRIST indwelling us by faith, We receive the HOLY SPIRIT by faith, We are protected by faith, We stand firm by faith, We resist the devil by faith, We have victory over the world by faith, We have victory over the evil one by faith, We have victory over difficulties by faith, We have power through faith.

不要骄傲

“骄傲”会阻碍你在基督里成长，并影响你整个人际关系

神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人（雅各书4:6）

骄傲最终是使我们离开上帝的掌管，欺骗我们相信，我们能够掌握自己的命运，我们可以受自己的支配。然而，身为人类，当我们自认靠自己能存活时，这实在是大言不惭，事实上，不论我们承认与否，我们的生命是完完全全地倚赖着上帝，甚至我们的下一个呼吸都是上帝的恩赐。而骄傲使我们确信自己能扮演上帝，当我们崇拜自己时，就是树立了一个假偶像，以遮掩我们的悖逆和罪恶。骄傲通常是地狱的信仰，也是致命的毒药。那么有解药吗？有，就是“上帝的恩典”。

诗篇10:4恶人面带骄傲说：“耶和华必不追究。”他一切所想的，都以为没有 神。

箴言16:5凡心里骄傲的，为耶和华所憎恶；虽然连手，他必不免受罚。

诗篇40:4那倚靠耶和华，不理会狂傲和偏向虚假之辈的，这人便为有福。

因为上帝是位慈爱的天父，所以祂抵挡骄傲人，从某种程度上讲是为了祂的儿女。“骄傲在败坏以先，狂心在跌倒之前。心里谦卑与穷乏人来往，强如将掳物与骄傲人同分”（箴言16:18-19）。学习去除骄傲，是我们灵命成长的一个重要而基本的部分。

圣经教导我们不要骄傲，所有的荣耀都属于上帝，这其中真正的意义是什么呢？举个例子：我擅长很多事、也懂得很多东西，但是我从未以任何方式向任何人自夸过；我们教导自己的儿女，要以自己和别人为骄傲，当某人做得好时，我要想：这是好事，只要你不“自吹自擂”。然而，现在我被告知，这样的“骄傲”训练是错误的，我有点糊涂了。于是我为此祷告上帝，然后圣灵在一天早晨点醒我：当我们或别人做得好或擅长某事时，我们不应该为此而高兴或满足，我们应该赞美上帝，因为是祂赐给我们这些才能、知识和学习能力，才使我们能够做上帝起初计划我们去做的事情。我们在世界任何既定的事情上都能做得最好，但这只归功于上帝的恩赐，跟我们没有任何关系。

我们怎样才能去除骄傲？

答案可以从使徒保罗写给罗马教会的经文里找到。

罗马书12:3-6，10

我凭着所赐我的恩对你们各人说：“不要看自己过于所当看的，要照着 神所分给各人信心的大小，看得合乎中道。正如我们一个身子上有好些肢体，肢体也不都是一样的用处；我们这许多人，在基督里成为一身，互相联络作肢体，也是如此。按我们所得的恩赐各有不同，或说预言，就当照着信心的程度说预言；爱弟兄，要彼此亲热；恭敬人，要彼此推让。”

Not to be prideful

How "Pride" can hinder your growth in Christ and affect your overall relationships with others.

GOD opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6, NIV).

Pride’s goal is to make us independent of GOD, duping us into believing that we are in control of our own fate and are able to call our own shots. What audacity we possess as humans to think we can live life on our own when, whether we admit it or not, we are totally dependent on GOD and even our very next breath is a gift from HIS hand. Pride convinces us that we can play GOD, worshipping ourselves while erecting false idols shrouded in rebellion and sin. Pride is the universal religion of hell and a deadly poison. It’s antidote? “Grace”.

Psalm 10:4

In his pride the wicked man does not seek HIM; in all his thoughts there is no room for GOD.

Proverbs 16:5

The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.

Psalm 40:4

Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.

Because GOD is a loving Father, HE opposes pride, in part, for what it does to HIS children. “Pride will destroy a person; a proud attitude leads to ruin. It is better to be humble and be with those who suffer than to share stolen property with the proud” (Proverbs 16:18-19). Learning to deal with pride is an important and essential part of spiritual growth.

The bible teaches us not to be prideful and that all glory is to GOD. But what did that really mean? I was good at several things and I knew it, but I never boasted to anyone about myself in any way. We teach our children to be proud of themselves and others when someone does well and I always thought that to be a good thing, as long as you didn't "brag" so to speak. But now, I was being told that this practice of "pride" is wrong. I was a little confused. I had prayed about it and then one morning it just hit me. It wasn't that we shouldn't be happy or pleased when we or others do well or are good at something but we need to give praise to GOD for giving us the talent, the knowledge or learning ability to do what GOD designed us for to begin with. We could be the best in the world at any given thing, but it is only due to GOD's gifts that we stand above the rest. All followers of CHRIST should ask yourself the question: "Do I really give GOD credit at all time, or do I feel that it is all my own doing that made me succeed?" Pride can ruin relationships, marriages, businesses, home life, school life, churches (the list goes on) and prevent you from growing your relationship with JESUS CHRIST. Please don't take a chance on any of that, life is too short. Most of the time, swallowing your pride and admitting at least your part in a given situation or disagreement, is the first step in the right direction. It only hurts for a little while and the more you utilize this practice,  the easier it is to avoid those types of situations. I hope this clears up some of the confusion over pride and thank you for reading.

How can we eliminate pride?

The answer is found in a passage of scripture written by the apostle Paul and directed to the church in Rome.

Romans 12:3 -6;10 “For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.”

指正

弃绝管教的，必致贫受辱；领受责备的，必得尊荣（箴言13:18）

平安弟兄姊妹们！我们每个人都需要在生命中不断地改正，然而，我们不是每个人都能柔和又甘心乐意地接受那些我们所需要的指正。我们需要被指正，使我们能够保持远离那些引向错误终点的错误道路。

Correction

Pro.13:18 Povertyand shame will come him who distains correction, but he who regards a rebukewill be honored.

We all needcorrection at many points along life’s journey, but not all of us graciouslyand willingly accept the correction we need. We need correction to keep us offthe wrong path that leads to the wrong destination.

怒气不成就 神的义

不轻易发怒的，大有聪明；性情暴躁的，大显愚妄（箴言12:29）

平安弟兄姊妹们！也许我们把怒气发泄到别人身上后，会感觉舒服（片刻的）。然而，“人的怒气，并不成就 神的义”（雅各1:20）。我们不能控制性情急躁，只会导致伤害别人的心。

Pro. 14:29 – He who is slow to wrath has great understanding, but he who is impulsive exalts folly.

It may feel good (for a short while) to vent our anger at someone. But “the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of GOD” (James 1:20). Failure to control a quick temper leads only to heartache.
