关于ICA PR悲剧的信--求指点

PR申请Pending两个月就悲剧了，ica有给封信，实在看不明白他们需要什么，我是通过老公申请，在新已经6年，结婚也快两年了，还是悲剧啊，求哪位大神指点一下，谢谢！
ICA给的信大概内容：
Thank you for your interest in SRP. Marriage to a Singapore citizen or Permanet Resident does not automatically qualify a foreigner for immigration facilities,including the grant of SPR. Each SPR application is carefully assessed and considered on its own merits under prevailing guidelines. Among other things,the ability of the sponsor to support his or her foreign spouse and family financially,whether the marriage is legally in order and good conduct records of both applicant and sponsor, areimportant considerations.
一定要公正在国内的财产吗？

这是通用格式。没有被批准，主要是看你劳工条件。其次是你的条件。和在新多久关系不大。。

时间重要，但光凭时间是不够的，个人条件和老公条件占的权重越来越大了。

哪句提到要公证财产了？ICA说：你老公养家的能力，你俩结婚的合法性，还有你老公和你有没有不良记录（比如假结婚或者犯罪记录）是他们重点考虑的东西。
额外的意思就是这几条你有不符合的吧。
你老公工作职位是不是permanent的而且薪水有没有保障？你老公是第一次结婚吗？你老公有没有犯罪记录，有没有给别人办过PR，你有没有不良入境记录？
简而言之一句话，他们怀疑你为了拿PR而结婚，你现在要做的就是要把他的假设推翻吧，比如提出你的工作贡献，如果有孩子就更好了。
我觉得就这么几点原因吧。
