sp申请家属准证被拒绝，求各位给意见

sp月薪4000，申请老婆家属准证40天后被拒，原因是公司发工资给支票，不是通过银行转账，求大侠给意见，多久可以去上诉，成功率高吗，谢谢各位。

如果原因这么明确，最好让公司那边改吧。
据说标准都是giro，不过我当年也是被进支票。不知道差别

用税单和公司开的工资证明去上诉吧，符合要求mom没理由因为工资的发放形式而不承认的。

问题是给支票是不符合要求的

支票一定不可以直接被使用，你一定有每月支票进帐的纪录，如果有这个证据，你需要带上。

Internet funds transfer;
ATM funds transfer;
Standing order; or
Funds transfer through bank counters.

S Pass 必须使用以上几个方式支付薪水.

头三个月的薪水可以用支票.
