LTVP网上付费问题

我在网上申请LTVP时候，之前已经完成了网上付费30块，但是网上还是显示your application is pending payment of processing fee.我重新点击payment，系统跳出来：our system has detected that you have performed the following transitions for this same service.下面有EP reference No 和transition date.说这次payment is still pending 。已经隔了一晚还在pending 付费，这到底是什么问题？是不是还要继续等？

可能系统有故障，或者你换一台电脑试试。不行直接去

重新登入看情况！可能故障，通常在晚上操作这些程序，要隔天才有反应！还有种问题，你的申请已经批准了，需要在交$60的卡的费用和$30的签证费，之前你交的$30是申请费！

可以发信给[email protected]问下，不过要3天才有回复，我之前在付款时浏览器hang住了，也不确定付款成功没，就是发信问确认的

扣款没成功，发邮件给ICA询问了，当天就回复了，效率很高，让重新付款。现在状态变成receiving attention
