收到教育部关于查询第三阶段小一报名结果的回信

昨天发了邮件去问，没有直接REJECT，回信如下：

Dear Ms Lin,

Thank you for your email of 28 October 2014.

For the posting outcome for Phase 3 of the 2014 Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, we would like to share that you should expect to receive the posting outcome letter for XXX by 14 November 2014.

Vacancies for Phase 3 are limited as only vacancies remaining after allocation to Singapore Citizens (SCs) / Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) would be allocated to non-SC / non-PR children. As the offer of a school place is dependent on the availability of vacancies and actual demand for places, admission for non-SC / non-PR children is not guaranteed.

School posting will take into consideration factors such as availability of school vacancies and ensuring a good spread of students. MOE posting is final and we regret that we will not be able to accede to appeals or requests for school transfers.
