6:27 只是我告诉你们这听道的人,你们的仇敌要爱他、恨你们的要待他好;

6:28 咒诅你们的要为他祝福、凌辱你们的要为他祷告;

How to become children of the Most High GOD.

"Love...is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it pays no attention to a suffered wrong."

(1 Corinthians 13:5)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Have you ever tried to forgive someone and found you simply couldn't do it? You've cried about it and prayed about it and asked GOD to help you, but those old feelings of resentment just failed to go away.

Put an end to those kinds of failures in the future by basing your forgiveness on faith rather than feelings. True forgiveness doesn't have anything at all to do with how you feel. It's an act of the will. It is based on obedience to GOD and on faith in HIM.

That means once you've forgiven a person, you need to consider him permanently forgiven! When old feelings rise up within you and Satan tries to convince you that you haven't really forgiven, resist him. Say, "No, I've already forgiven that person by faith. I refuse to dwell on those old feelings."

Then, according to 1 John 1:9 (If we confess our sins, HE is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.), believe that you receive forgiveness and cleansing from the sin of un-forgiveness and from all unrighteousness associated with it including any remembrance of having been wronged!

Have you ever heard anyone say, "I may forgive, but I'll never forget!" That's a second-rate kind of forgiveness that you, as a believer, are never supposed to settle for. You're to forgive supernaturally "even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you" (Eph. 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in CHRIST GOD forgave you.).

You're to forgive as GOD forgives. To release that person from guilt permanently and unconditionally and to operate as if nothing bad ever happened between you. You're to purposely forget as well as forgive.

As you do that, something supernatural will happen within you. The pain once caused by that incident will disappear. The power of GOD will wash away the effects of it and you'll be able to leave it behind you once and for all.

Don't become an emotional bookkeeper, keeping careful accounts of the wrongs you have suffered. Learn to forgive and forget. It will open a whole new world of blessing for you.

Scripture Study: Luke 6:27-37 Love for Enemies

27 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. 35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the MOST HIGH, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 36 Be merciful, just as your FATHER is merciful.

37 “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

The worlds were framed by the WORD of GOD
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the WORD of GOD, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."
(Hebrews 11:3)
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
GOD uses words to create. HE used HIS WORD to "frame" the worlds. Just look in the first chapter of Genesis and count how many times you see the phrase, "GOD said." "GOD said, Let there be light: and there was light.... GOD said, Let there be a firmament.... GOD said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together.... GOD said, Let the earth bring forth...."
GOD doesn't do anything without saying it first. That's HIS mode of operation. And, if you're smart, you'll use that mode of operation too. You'll take HIS words and speak them out until they take on form and substance and become a reality in your life.
You may say to me, "Well, Brother Victor, I tried that and it didn't work. I said, 'By HIS stripes I'm healed' four times and nothing happened."
GOD started saying that JESUS was coming in the Garden of Eden. HE said it again in Exodus. HE said it again in Numbers and Deuteronomy. HE said it in Isaiah and the other prophets. HE said it all through the Old Testament, over and over again.
Then after about 4,000 years, the book of John tells us, "The WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us."
So if you've said you're healed four times and nothing's happened, don't worry about it. Just keep saying it in faith and started living a life of obedient to GOD’s teachings and blessings will come! You might think it's taking a long time to manifest, but I'll guarantee you, it won't take 4,000 years.
Do you want to operate in GOD's power? Then repent of your sins and speak out HIS WORD in faith and let them frame a life full of blessing for you!

13:5 不作害羞的事、不求自己的益处、不轻易发怒、不计算人的恶;
13:6 不喜欢不义,只喜欢真理;
13:7 凡事包容,凡事相信,凡事盼望,凡事忍耐;
But the greatest of this Love
But if anyone obeys HIS WORD, love for GOD is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in HIM: Whoever claims to live in HIM must live as JESUS did1 John 2:5-6

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
There is nothing--absolutely nothing--that is more important than learning to love. In fact, how accurately you perfect the love walk will determine how much of the perfect will of GOD you accomplish. That's because every other spiritual force derives its action from love. For example, the Bible teaches us that faith works by love. And answered prayer is almost an impossibility when a believer steps outside of love and refuses to forgive or is in strife with his brother.
Without love, your giving will not work. Tongues and prophecy will not work. Faith fails and knowledge is unfruitful. All the truths that you have learned from GOD's WORD work by love. They will profit you nothing unless you live the love of GOD.
First Corinthians 13:4-8 paints a perfect picture of how love behaves. It's patient and kind. It's not jealous or proud. It doesn't behave rudely or selfishly and it isn't touchy. Love "bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Sounds like a tall order, doesn't it? But don't despair. You are a love creature. GOD has recreated your spirit in the image of love. And HE has sent HIS love Spirit to live in you and teach you how to love as HE loves. You can live the love life. Why not begin today?
Scripture Study: 1 Corinthians 13:1-13
1If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Take Some New Ground (leading more people to believe and trust GOD and love to obey HIS teachings).
Again, truly I tell you that if two of you (true and faithful followers of JESUS) on earth agree about anything (base on the promises of our LORD) they ask for, it will be done for them by MY FATHER in heaven. (Matthew 18:19)
Dear Brothers and Sisters
As believers, you and I are part of a conquering army, constantly claiming new ground for the kingdom of God (leading more people to believe and trust GOD and love to obey HIS teachings). Right?
Well, yes, that's the way it should be. But just about the time the army tops the hill and is ready to advance, it seems that Satan pulls out his big gun—DIVISION [DENOMINATIONALISM]--and scatters believers in every direction.
How can we strike back against the strategy of division? By using one of the most powerful resources our LORD JESUS had given us: the prayer of agreement (Matthew 18:19).
JESUS said that if any two of us (genuine followers) would agree about anything we ask for in HIS name, it shall be done! That statement is so powerful that people (even those who call themselves Christians) find it hard to believe. If they did, you'd find little groups of Christians huddled up in every corner agreeing together in prayers.
Find someone to agree with in prayer this week. Be sure to base what you pray on the WORD of GOD (the promises and teachings). You may have differing opinions about everything else, but you can be in agreement about the WORD.
Also, be sure your agreement is total--spirit, soul and body. Cast down arguments, theories and imaginations (traditions) that is contrary to the WORD. Take every thought captive to the obedience of CHRIST. Keep a watch over your thoughts and your words (tongues).
Then get your body in line by speaking the thing you've agreed on. Act like you've already received the answer. Don't keep asking but thank GOD for it. Stay in agreement and take some new ground for the LORD!

Scripture Study: Acts 4:1-31
Peter and John Before the Sanhedrin
1 The priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people. 2 They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people, proclaiming in JESUS the resurrection of the dead. 3 They seized Peter and John and, because it was evening, they put them in jail until the next day. 4 But many who heard the message believed; so the number of men who believed grew to about five thousand.
5 The next day the rulers, the elders and the teachers of the law met in Jerusalem. 6 Annas the high priest was there, and so were Caiaphas, John, Alexander and others of the high priest’s family. 7 They had Peter and John brought before them and began to question them: “By what power or what name did you do this?”
8 Then Peter, filled with the HOLY SPIRIT, said to them: “Rulers and elders of the people! 9 If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a man who was lame and are being asked how he was healed, 10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom GOD raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. 11 JESUS is
“‘the stone you builders rejected,
which has become the cornerstone.’
12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”
13 When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with JESUS. 14 But since they could see the man who had been healed standing there with them, there was nothing they could say. 15 So they ordered them to withdraw from the Sanhedrin and then conferred together. 16 “What are we going to do with these men?” they asked. “Everyone living in Jerusalem knows they have performed a notable sign, and we cannot deny it. 17 But to stop this thing from spreading any further among the people, we must warn them to speak no longer to anyone in this name.”
18 Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of JESUS. 19 But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in GOD’s eyes: to listen to you, or to HIM? You be the judges! 20 As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.”
21 After further threats they let them go. They could not decide how to punish them, because all the people were praising GOD for what had happened. 22 For the man who was miraculously healed was over forty years old.
The Believers Pray
23 On their release, Peter and John went back to their own people and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said to them. 24 When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to GOD. “SOVEREIGN LORD,” they said, “YOU made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them. 25 YOU spoke by the HOLY SPIRIT through the mouth of your servant, our father David:
“‘Why do the nations rage
and the peoples plot in vain?
26 The kings of the earth rise up
and the rulers band together
against the LORD
and against HIS anointed one.
27 Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant JESUS, whom you anointed. 28 They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen. 29 Now, LORD, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak YOUR WORD with great boldness. 30 Stretch out YOUR hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant JESUS.”
31 After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the HOLY SPIRIT and spoke the WORD of GOD boldly.

When Faith Wavers

James 1:5-8

5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask GOD, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the LORD. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

If we believe that GOD is who HE says HE is and will do what HE has promised, why do so many of us habitually waver in our prayers? Instead of exercising bold faith, we come to the LORD “hoping” HE will hear us and answer our requests, but we’re just not sure HE will. With this kind of thinking, we cannot expect to receive anything from HIM.

One reason we are so prone to doubt is that we fail to see GOD at work in our circumstances. We asked, and nothing happened. But the LORD is not some cosmic bellhop who jumps in response to our requests. HE sees past, present, and future and knows the right time for every answer. HIS invisible hand is already at work on our behalf—arranging situations to accomplish HIS will, opening hearts, and preparing us to receive what HE wants to give.

Another cause for uncertainty is ignorance. If we don’t know GOD’s ways, we will be disappointed in HIS response. All too often our prayers are accompanied by expectations of how HE will work. When HE fails to intervene according to our timetable or anticipated method, we start to doubt. But placing our faith in the LORD and trusting in HIS good and perfect ways gives us stability as we wait for HIS answer.

To overcome doubts, spend time in the WORD to learn GOD’s principles and ways. Then you’ll begin to grasp what HE wants to achieve in your life and how HE goes about it. Examine your past from a biblical perspective—faith will grow as you see the unexpected ways GOD answered your prayers.
