一般上是可以的，不过学校给学生买的是最基本的保险，对住病房等级和保险金额都有限制。具体的可以和学校的管理人员咨询。

通常是不可以的，学生集体保险的开始时间应该是拿到学生证或保险公司收到书面通知以哪个时间更后为开始受保日期。
同样的，当你毕业的时候即使保险还没到期，但不再是学生身份，保险公司也不会索赔学校的集体保险了。

我就是卖个人或集体保险的，以NTU的集体保险为例子。

在这些情况下，你的集体保险才会生效


                                                                        1. Who is covered?
                        For full-time students of Nanyang Technological University:
                       

                               
•                                         International undergraduate students
  
                                 
•                                         Exchange / Non-graduating students
  
                                 
•                                         Local and International graduate students
  
                         

                        2. When does my coverage start?
                        Your coverage will start upon your matriculation at NTU or on a date advised by NTU,whichever is later, provided that you have paid the premium.

To ensure that you continue to receive coverage under the GHSI, please ensure that you have paid the premiums on your insurance. Coverage ceases i.e., the insurance is terminated when:

• The insured leaves the university
• The insured converts to part-time studies
• The insured exhausts the cover limits
• The insurance policy expires

据我所知
ICA都没给你学生签证，学校不会给你学生证(拿到实体卡了吗？)吧。。
一般集体保险的条款都是公司HR和保险经纪会有份比较详细的，你们拿到的比较简洁，不过有什么问题都可以发邮件咨询。
