总之 谢谢大家的意见和鼓励， 其实申请PR 我们也不是很迫切，可以慢慢的等，一次不可以 就再试一次 总之一定会批的吧 ！
但是我现在有个问题要请教：明年2月份起 只要申请LOC 就可以工作了， 也就是说我就可以在外面找工了？
                                            以我现在的情况可以马上申请ltvp吗？ 可是我的准证下个月就到期了。 还是我必须等到明天才可以申请ltvp 然后才申请LOC ?
                                            申请ltvp 一定要吧 wp 割死吗？ 难道就不可以 一边申请一边工作吗？
                                            LTVP和PR 可以同时申请吗？
就是这样啦， 不好意思问题有些多， 实在是因为小女子太无知了！！

LTVP 可以和 PR 同时进行.
PR 申请时相对独立的.

LTVP 申请 需要 WP 取消后才能进行.

你有LTVP 后 便可以找工 找到后公司制需要给你申请LOC 你便能开工了,

从证件的衔接上考虑，不用取消WP也是可以申请LTVP的。一旦拿到了LTVP才取消WP，这样工作上也没有断层了。

但是从 ICA 的政策上来说。
需要取消了 才能申请。

政策上允许可以不需要取消WP才申请，可以一边拿着WP做工，一边申请LTVP。这样做难道不是更好吗？

理想是一回事， 现实是一回事。

ICA 需要你拥有DE card 才能申请LTVP。

没办法 为了这DE card 你只能取消WP。

你可以去建议ICA。 他们接不接受你的建议是另外一回事了。

If your LTVP application is approved, your work pass will be automatically cancelled

when you report to ICA to collect your LTVP card.

Can I continue with my employment in the interim before my employer obtains a

LOC for me from MOM?

When you collect your LTVP from ICA, ICA will issue you with a temporary approval

letter on behalf of MOM allowing you to work for one month from the issuance date of

your LTVP.

If your employer wishes to continue employing you, he would need to submit and

obtain a LOC for you from MOM before the one month temporary approval expires.

I am a foreign spouse on Work Permit. What must I do?

As we will no longer be issuing work permits to foreign spouses of SCs/PRs from 1

May 2015, you should convert to an LOC as soon as possible.

You must first apply for a LTVP/LTVP+ with ICA before you can get a LOC. You can

apply for a LTVP/LTVP+ from 1 January 2015. Your work permit must have at least 3

months’ validity.

If your Work Permit is expiring between 1 January 2015 and 30 April 2015 and is valid

for at least 3 months, you should proceed to apply for a LTVP/LTVP+ with ICA. Once

approved, your employer can apply for an LOC with MOM via the EPOL.

If your work permit is expiring between 1 January 2015 and 30 April 2015 but your

work permit is valid for less than 3 months, or you would like more time to apply for a

LTVP/LTVP+, you may apply to renew your work permit. We will allow a FINAL

renewal of your work permit for 6 months. Within this period you should apply for a

LTVP/LTVP+ with the ICA after which your employer can apply for an LOC with MOM.

Please ensure that your work permit has at least a 3-month validity when applying to

the ICA for LTVP/LTVP+.

另外补充下。
从1月1日起。PR/SC 的配偶可以提交LTVP申请，而不用取消所持有的WP。

这个是配合 衔接新的LOC政策。

另外明年5月1日起，现有的配偶WP 若还没有拿到LOC的，将不可以继续工作。

需要换取EP/SP/普通的WP（算人头占配额）

而PR/SC 的配偶可以提交LTVP申请，而不用取消所持有的WP政策也会中止。
