前三项用frank6%，后两项就算用uob one或maybank plt，不比365给的多？也没600

Frank现在还水电账单没有6%的rebate了。

对了，我记得听说frank card 要在网上还超过500才有 6% cash rebate，是么？请问您知道这个么？是一张单子要超过500，还是整个月的加起来？

不用跑去branch啊，你就是用OCBC的pay any card service还的，另外用giro也可以，方便的很。

frank是月累计消费

没有，我刚才问的是，还水电100以下去inets kiosk machine用atu付有6%，

这个好像是要去到有这个inets kiosk machine的地方还~
