eappointment 改了两次

请教豆包妈，我的eappointment 改了两次，所以被警告不可以再做任何改变。再加上我apply的名是副申请的，又不肯定eappointment是否一定要主申请的名，如果不可以，那我的cancel会不会以后没有机会再拿号了呢？
