我叫钟楚荣。我要寻找远在新加坡的姑妈。我的姑妈名字叫做钟娇如，60多年前从中国广东省普宁市移民到新加坡。在20世纪八十年代和九十年代的时候，我的姑妈在经济上给予了我们家很大的帮助。我现在的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化，我时常想起在那些困难的日子里姑妈对我们一家的帮助，所以我现在想报答和感恩姑妈。可惜的是在1997年和姑妈失去通信联系。

我现在有的一点关于姑妈的信息，是一篇刊登在1997年联合早报上的讣告。（如下图）

通过讣告，了解到姑妈有很多子孙后代，并且知道姑妈在1997年的时候住在这个组屋：Block 288D, Bukit Batok Street 25.

S$2000 rewards for information about my aunt

My name is Zhong Churong (钟楚荣). I am looking for my auntie Mrs Zhong Jiaoru(钟娇如), who immigrated to Singapore from Puning of Guangdong province, China(中国广东省普宁市) more than 60 years ago. During the tough times in 1980s and 1990s, my auntie provided tremendous financial assistance to my family. My life has changed drastically and dramatically in the last decade. I always remember how my dear auntie helped my family went through the tough times, and I want to reciprocate the kindness from my auntie. Unfortunately, I lost contact with my auntie around 1997.

The only information I have is an old obituary page from Lianhe Zhaobao (联合早报) as below, published on 6 Aug 1997.

From the obituary page (as above), we understand that my auntie has a number of children and grandchildren, and she had been living in Block 288D, Bukit Batok Street 25.

For any information that results in getting in touch with my auntie, I will offer a reward of 2000 S$. I would be very much appreciated for those who offering help.
