楼主,现在的EP政策收紧啦,我给你看一段notice:
Dear EPOL users,
MOM had earlier announced enhancements to the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the Singaporean core in the workforce.
From 1 October 2015, new Employment Pass (EP) applications will be rejected if the supporting job advertisements do not include a published salary range. If your application is rejected, you will need to re-advertise with a published salary range for a minimum of 14 calendar days before you can submit another EP application using the job advertisement.
We would expect that the salary range should not be too wide. For example, the maximum salary should typically not be more than 1.5 - 2 times of the minimum salary. If the range is too wide, we may not accept your advertisement as having satisfied the advertising requirement under the FCF. Any EP applications relying on this advertisement may be rejected.
Companies with less than 25 employees continue to be exempted from the advertising requirement.

也就是说外国人拿EP,公司需要事先在jobs bank网上post这个招聘广告14天,让本地人或Pr先去应征,如果招不到才有资格去请外国人,MOM会严格审核这个要求的,你要问下你公司有么有走这个流程,要是走这个流程,EP办下来差不多是要1个月的 |
