青年画家刘砚平先生的艺术简介
刘砚平，男，汉族，1973年出生。2011年结业于清华大学美术学院。沧州市南皮人。网名：晴朗的心，清风客，清闲一客。系河北新闻网通讯员。系中国书画家协会理事，中国民间艺术家协会会员，姚建萍刺绣艺术馆合作画家，中国书画协会理事，北京盛世轩书画艺术研究院画师，河北清风书画院院长,中国科技部书画馆签约画家，香港紫荆画院画家。
自幼酷爱绘画，刻苦钻研绘画艺术。1990年，向齐大鹏、王树珩、潘清溪、杨泽等先生学习国画，书法；2011年受到国画泰斗喻继高大师的指导，拜喻老为师；2011年在清华大学，受教于霍春阳，王界山，李翔，李燕，程大利，何延喆，杨琪，刘贞麟，宋唯原，毛国典等导师。
通过自己努力探索，博采古今巨匠之长，在传统工笔花鸟领域，经过不懈的努力和创新，创作出别具一格的各种蓝底、红底、金底……系列工笔花鸟作品。其传统吉祥题材工笔鱼系列国画，尤受中外各地的收藏家、书画爱好者、企业家、领导等所喜爱。近期创作的水墨作品，以水破墨，以水破线，水与墨自然渗透，产生出意想不到的肌理效果，配以工笔鸟虫，恰适的表现出飘逸、空灵的意境。
2004年，中国书画家协会组织的“纪念邓小平同志诞辰100周年”书画展中，《四季平安》四条屏荣获一等奖，并于2004年10月5日在中国烟台参加了颁奖仪式。
2004年，徐悲鸿纪念馆组织的“第二届全国书画艺术分科选评展”中，《秋之韵律》获得中青组花鸟画优秀奖。
2008年5月12日，中国汶川发生大地震后，组织泊头、南皮、盐山、沧州等地的书画家向灾区人民奉贤爱心，在沧州"迎宾馆"，通过"沧州红十字会"捐献了许多书画、雕刻、泥塑等艺术作品，并进行拍卖,将善款救济灾区。
2009年，多幅作品被"中国科技部书画馆"珍藏。
2010年春，多幅作品被“香港紫荆花书画院”珍藏。
2010年冬，作品被中国鸿缘文化艺术展示中心珍藏. 并由中国书画协会设计出版了“国画家刘砚平2011年挂历”，入选“中国书画艺术.2011年推荐十二名家”台历。
