For children of Singapore citizen(s) by descent Child's Document - One recent passport-sized colour photograph of child affixed on the completed citizenship application form. The photograph must be:
- 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last three months;
- taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with religious or racial customs. The headgear must not hide the applicant's facial features;
- the facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; and taken against plain white background with a matt or semi-matt finish;
- Photographs can be taken at the photo booths located at level 1 of ICA Building.
- Birth Certificate of child and passport/travel document.
Parents’ Documents (Father & Mother) - Identity Card and Passport.
- Marriage Certificate. If parents’ marriage was registered outside Singapore, child’s father is required to make a Statutory Declaration stating that (name of wife) is his one and only wife if he is the applicant for child’s citizenship.
- Death Certificate/Divorce Certificate/Separation Deed/Custody document of child/children by previous spouses, if applicable. Letter of consent from ex-spouse if child is under joint-custody.
