请问什么时候签inventory list? OTP的时候吗？我买的时候怎么没有呢？

An inventory list (optional) on movable property, fittings and other items (e.g. furniture, air-conditioning
units) may be completed and signed by the sellers and buyers. The prescribed form is available in the
Schedule attached to the Option to Purchase.

房屋里面的东西分为 fixtures 和 fittings。其中fixtures是跟着房屋一起卖的，比如壁橱，浴缸等，物主不可以在卖房的时候把它拆掉拿走；fittings是家里一些家具空调床等可以带走的东西。这些在OTP的时候谈好。一般有中介的话，中介会给你准备inventor list的。
