交了两个星期的LTVP application,今天收到

Please call in person at ICA Building, Visit Pass Unit, 4th Storey, 10 mins before your appointment time, with the following original documents: A copy of this notice A copy of duly completed Form 14C.       Applicant's passport. A copy of the applicant's passport particulars page must be submitted to ICA Applicant's DE Card Applicant's marriage certificate. If the applicant is divorced, the applicant's divorce certificate. If the applicant is widowed, the death certificate of ex-spouse(Original and Photocopy) Sponsor's NRIC(Original and Photocopy) Sponsor's letter of employment (dated within one month of application submission) stating date of commencement, designation and salary per month;(Original and Photocopy) Sponsor's marriage certificate.(Original and Photocopy) If the sponsor is divorced, the sponsor's divorce certificate. If the sponsor is widowed, the spouse's death certificate Sponsor's payslips for the last 6 months (Original and Photocopy) Applicant's Divorce Certificate/Separation Agreement for applicant's all previous marriages (if any)(Original and Photocopy) Sponsor's Divorce Certificate/Separation Agreement for sponsor's all previous marriages (if any)(Original and Photocopy) Please note that official translations are required of all documents not in English.
