请教专家，全家申请公民，13岁的孩子可以放弃吗？

按新加坡政府的脾气来看，给了一次居然不接受，那以后就别想再要了。。

如果只是父母申请，孩子不参与，ICA会不会问为什么孩子也在新加坡不要申请，他在中国出生，未来世界那么大，所以希望他以后自己去选择，一旦申请了就太多限制了，PR可以割掉，公民好像就算要放弃也要服完兵役才可以。

13-16.5岁，如果离开新加坡超过3个月，要向国防部申请EXIT permit。如果要离开超过两年，还要交押金（bond)，金额是75K或者夫妻收入的一半，whichever is higher.
