Job Description:
• responsible for processing customers’ appointment in the system and handling requires via phone or email.
• Handle customers’ complaints and feedback
• Manage data for customers, ensuring all information is accurate
• Other admin duties assigned
Requirements
• Min GCE ‘O’ Levels or ‘N’ Level
• Experience in customer service/ call centre background is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Other Info
Location: Braddell (near MRT)
Working Hour: Five and half days a week
Able to work in shift (8:30am – 5:30pm and 1:00pm – 9:00pm)
