位置离Bukit Batok两三分钟路，一穿过west mall就到了。房子是两层楼的Maisonette，要出租的房间在楼上，普通大床房，美是很美的，所以价格请不要和其他别的不堪入目的组屋房相比。月租1200新币，水电网包含在内，至少住6个月，长期房客优先考虑，大概可入住的时间是7月初。你会和另外一个女生共用一个浴室。希望你是女生，如果是couple我们可酌情协商。楼下客厅有养宠物兔，所以如果你不喜欢动物，请慎重考虑。以下详细资料请仔细阅读后再联络我，可加微信，告知我你的profile。谢谢

Executive Maisonette 1 common room @ Bukit Batok (3min to MRT)The Apartment: - A spacious 2-floors maisonette, with kitchen and balcony. Totally 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets (one in my master room, one you will be sharing with another girl, one is at downstairs near the kitchen). - No landlord in the house - 3min walk from Bukit Batok MRT, just walk through the west mall and you are reaching.
The Roommates: - 29-35years old, Chinese, Female. Partner will visit but no staying over, so we also prefer girls to stay with us. If you are couple, you can still share your profiles with us and let's talk. - In addition, I have 2 rabbits staying in the house (in the living room downstairs). So hope you are an animal lover.
Your Room & Bathe Room: - A spacious full height wardrobe with big mirror (big storage place in the wordrobe) - Roller blinds window curtain, great lighting - Wood floor - Wood bed with storage - Wood desk with storage space (fixed on the wall) *Please refer to the room photos, the empty room photo is the original look. The other pictures are the current look, the cabinet and bed side small table will be removed before your moving in. So you can plan for the space by yourself. - You will be sharing the bathe room (toilet) with 1 girl only
Common Area: -TV in the living room -Balcony available for clothes drying -Don't be shocked if you see a few bunny cages. Currently 5 rabbits in the house, but 4 of them belongs to another tenant and she is moving out. So there will only have 1 rabbit staying with us.
Kitchen: -Washing Machine -Fridge -Toaster -Microwave *Will prepare some room for your stuffs. *Light cooking only.
Utilities: -Electricities inclusive -Water & Gas inclusive -Wifi inclusive -Air con maintenance fee needs to be shared (about once in every 3 months)
House Cleaning: Every week we engage a helper to clean the house, monthly $160 - will be shared （This is to ensure all a clean & comfortable living space）
Monthly Rental: $1200. Minimum Stay: 6 months Available Date: Early July (to be confirmed)
