I have 2 spacious, bright & breezy common room in a HDB Executive Apartment in Woodlands near Admiralty MRT for rental. Room is furnished with 1 queen size bed/2 single beds, 1 large wardrobes, 1 dressing table and air-con. There are refrigerator, washing machine and a fibre optic WIFI (1gbs) inside the apartment. It will take you 5 to 8 mins to get to the Admiralty MRT and about 3 mins walk to the bus-stop. There are also bakery shops, bubble tea shop, wet market, fast-food restaurants, food court, clinic & mini supermarkets all in walking distant. The room rental is $650 for couple or $600 for single inclusive of utilities per month for a minimum 3 months stay. no cooking is allowed.
