JCU学生，求靠近Sims Drive公寓主人房，十一月底入住

本人JCU学生求租一间主人房 一定要非常靠近Sims Drive的James cook university或者是Aljunied地铁站。最好是新公寓，房间和厕所要大要干净，房间一定要有书桌能学习！！
床最好是Kingsize，如果房间能有个小阳台最好。
计划十一月底左右入住，预算$1200-1600左右包水电网。不包的话价钱可以商量，10月22-11月23可以看房.

James cook university student looking for a master room near by Sims Dr(JCU) or Aljunied mrt station.
Requirement: The room and the restroom must be big, clean and there MUST be a desk in the master room for studying!
It will be so nice if the bed is Kingsize and a small balcony in the master room.
Im planning to move in at the end of November, the budget is around $1200-$1600(including internet and electricity fees), the rental can be negotiated excluding or including internet and electricity fees.
Im free to go and check the room from Oct 22-Nov 23.
