公民申请须先网上预约 ICA不接受现场材料递交

申请公民，之前新加坡移民厅的政策是，提交申请可以网上提交，也可以直接去ICA递交。但是，从今年6月1日开始，政策已经悄然发生了变化：所有申请必须先在网上预约，然后去ICA递交材料，移民厅不再接受没有预约的材料递交。

先来看移民厅的官方通告：

Singapore Citizenship Applications can be submitted via the internet or by completing an application form and submitting it to ICA in-person. Application forms sent by post will not be accepted. With effect from 1st June 2016, all applications must come with an appointment through the following means:

• Submit online via e-SC ([url=]Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application[/url]). You will be asked to select an appointment date after submitting the s-SC application;
  
• Complete a Singapore Citizenship Application form and attach all the supporting documents, then make an appointment online via ICA's Electronic Appointment Booking System from 1st June 2016 for a date to submit the application at ICA.
  
  

大家看明白了吧？申请还是有两种途径，一是网上申请，一是现场申请，但是不管哪种，去移民厅递交材料，都要先预约。有两种途径进入预约：

1.进入这个网址https://esc.ica.gov.sg/esc/index.do，进入下图页面，填写申请表格，然后预约时间去ICA递交材料。

2.进入这个网址https://eappointment.ica.gov.sg/ibook/index.do，进入下图页面直接预约时间，现场去ICA递交材料和申请表格。
