LTVP renew approved 以后，关于STVP的延期问题

各位大神，请问一下，给老公renew的LTVP 已经approve了，然后收到的letter上面有写:

You have been granted a Visit Pass (short-term) valid till 09/05/2017
Please ensure that you complete formalities before this date.

我们预约到的complete formalities的时间是2月28号，原本的LTVP是到2月20号到期，那我们还需要下去ICA拿这个short term visa的白卡么，还是有这封信就可以了。
